We are seeking a motivated and dependable Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through clear and professional communication.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed
Document customer interactions in the system accurately
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Proficient with basic computer systems and call center software
