In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed

• Document customer interactions in the system accurately

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
