We are looking for a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our customer engagement team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through phone interactions. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account status
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Follow communication scripts and company procedures
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with confidentiality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
