Assignment Details

• Schedule:

  • Clinic: 7a 5p daily

  • Night Call: 5p 7a

• Start: Sporadic dates initially, moving toward consistent coverage

• Setting: Adult patients only

• Volume: 2 5 patients per day

• Procedures: General Urology required

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Required

• Active Indiana medical license at submission Required

• ACLS Required

• Robotics-trained Highly preferred (please note in submission)

• Clean malpractice and background Preferred

• Hourly Rate: $203

• Night Call: $372

• 24-Hour On Call: $1,946

• Callback: $305

• Malpractice Insurance: Provided
