Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive clinic and call coverage (7a-5p daily, Night call 5p-7a).
- Perform general urology procedures as required.
- Handle 2-5 patients per day (ppd).
- Offer sporadic coverage initially, with the goal of establishing long-term support.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient charting.
- Available for occasional weekend coverage.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 5 years of residency.
- Current Indiana (IN) medical license or IMLC eligibility.
- CDS Certification and DEA Registration.
- ACLS certification.
- Robotics training is highly preferred.
- 25K Conversion Rate is required.
- Availability in submission is necessary.
- Indiana medical license (required at submission).
- CDS Certification (required).
- DEA Registration with Indiana practice address (required).
- ACLS certification (required).
