  • Description: McLaren Greater Lansing is looking for APP's for their level 3 EDShifts needed: Start Date Shift Start Time - Shift End Time End Date 9/24/am - 11pm 9/24/2025 9/25/am - 11pm 9/25/2025 9/26/am - 11pm 9/26/2025 9/29/am - 11pm 9/29/2025 9/30/am - 11pm 9/30 10/am - 11pm 10/10 20/am - 11pm 10/20 25/am - 11pm 10/25 26/am - 11pm 10/26 5/2025 8am-8pm 11/5 14/2025 4pm-4am 11/15 14/2025 8am-8pm 11/14 15/am - 11pm 11/15 16/am - 11pm 11/16 19/2025 8am-8pm 11/19 21/2025 4pm-4am 11/22 21/2025 8am-8pm 11/21 28/am - 11pm 11/28 29/am - 11pm 11/29 30/am - 11pm 11/30/2025 Patient Per Day 110 - divided by providersAPP is expected to work independently in our fast track 'VUE'. It is a 10 bed area within the emergency department. The attending physicians are available 24hrs aday for cases to review or evaluate lend guidance or answer questions as needed.Currently we have an 11a-11p shift we would like to staff 7 days a week. There are permanent providers on the schedule for a portion of the month. Lansing ED is single doctor covered from 2a until 8a 7 days a week. We have a staggered start schedule with maximum coverage for doctors in the afternoon with 3 doctors on duty from 2p-6p which is our busiest time. There is one APP shift daily from 11a-11p. We do have Emergency medicine residents averaging two shifts a day at varied times. There would be no supervision requirements for resident cases those are handled by the doctors.Cerner EMR50 bed hours60 of hospital admins are received from the ED20 ED patients admitted to the hospital per dayLevel 3Annual ER volume - 40150Fast Track to EDAdmin Orders: We request a bed and house officer inputs admission orders. This is mostly done by IM and surgical residents.Are deliveries received in ED or sent directly to Labor amp Delivery: Sent to LampDReferral/transfer protocol: pediatrics go to Sparrow other transfers depend on diagnosis. Stroke to McLaren Flint. Trauma if severe to SparrowServices available:24hr Radiology24hr LabatoryAABB Blood BankPathologyORAll Surgical Specialties Please note:Will only accept Board Certified Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returned McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingSite uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved. Please note: immunizations records will be required for clearance from occupational health Hep B MMR Varicella - vaccine series or immune titerFlu - for current flu seasonCovid DocumentationTB - within 12 monthsTDAP - adult vaccine within the last 10 yearsRates to Submit:Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and trainingHourlyHoliday - 1.5xOT - 1.5xConversion Fee
