About the Role
Seeking a skilled
Senior Administrative Assistant
to support leaders in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Must be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with executives and diverse teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of administrative experience. Strong communication and time-management skills. Skilled in managing confidential information. Experience with budgets, expense reports, and travel coordination preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and MS Teams (Keynote and AI tools a plus). Prior client-facing experience preferred. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when leaders travel. Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and events. Travel:
Arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Meeting & Event Planning:
Manage logistics, catering, agendas, and vendor coordination. Expenses & Budgets:
Process expense reports, track budgets, and handle purchase orders. Document Support:
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and communications. Team Support:
Coordinate office space planning, special projects, and culture-building activities. Administrative Coverage:
Serve as point of contact for team questions and provide backup support as needed. Benefits (Employee Contribution)
