Administrative Assistant in El Dorado Hills, CA.
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift availability: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Our ideal
Administrative Assistant
candidate must be able to:
Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence and reports, filing, and other general office support activities.
Produce correspondence, reports, and other documentation; files documents, maintains and tracks suspense file, photocopies, sends and receives facsimile transmissions, etc.
Provide back-up telephone support.
Process invoices and billings; maintain records.
Maintain unit attendance records, library and/or manuals.
Record meeting minutes. Makes travel arrangements.
Maintain adequate supply inventory; orders supplies as needed.
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred.
