Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project management, and cost control. If you have a passion for estimating and negotiating prices in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Commercial construction estimating experience
• Commercial construction field experience preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A valid drivers license is required. Pre-employment drug screen is required. Knowledge of software (Word, Excel) required. OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 preferred. CPR/First Aid/BBP preferred.
