Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance across sites. Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and prepare annual forecasts. Lead new business opportunities including pricing, proposals, and contract mobilization. Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain and grow accounts. Oversee union negotiations, contract reviews, and compliance with safety standards. Develop and coach regional management teams to maximize performance. Foster a strong safety-first culture. Represent the organization at industry events and with clients. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of senior management experience. Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L’s Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgets, and financial performance.
