POSITION - Client Service Representative
JOB LOCATION - Mequon, WI
STARTING DATE - Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
STARTING PAY - $25 per hour
BENEFITS - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - At least 2 years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience
As a Client Service Representative, you will be working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is an in-office position where you will provide support, build lasting relationships, and assist in driving sales growth through excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business Assist in processing orders, providing product/service information, and resolving customer concerns Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for growth and upselling Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or inside sales preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
