Our
Technology Services Department
is seeking a
Records Request Specialist
to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year!
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of senior leadership within Technology Services, the Records Request Specialist serves as the primary actor in retrieving and managing digital records, in response to public records request process as led by the district Records Request Officer. This role utilizes software to identify, organize and retrieve records; receives and provides guidance to the district Public Record Officer and; reviews requests, policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with public records law. This role coordinates and works closely with the District Public Records Officer, and the those who manage records/data across other departments.
