Job Summary

The Office Manager will serve as a critical support to the Director of Operations, taking ownership of day-to-day administrative operations including HR support, billing coordination, credentialing oversight, IT liaison responsibilities, and general office management. The goal is to bring order and efficiency to a fast-paced and evolving organization, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

Manage general office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. Act in multiple capacities to provide comprehensive support. Maintain and improve internal systems, documentation, and operational workflows. Support across departments such as HR, billing, finance, and legal. Experience

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills. Tech-savvy, able to work with EMRs such as Qualifacts, HR tools, and productivity software. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications

General administrative background in a healthcare environment. Ability to work beyond standard Job Descriptions and adapt in undefined capacities. Experience coordinating with external vendors such as billing, HR, and IT. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Benefits
