The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to a government agency. The role involves drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and performing other related administrative tasks. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and strong computer competency. Key Duties & Responsibilities Draft and prepare correspondence. Schedule and coordinate appointments. Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems. Answer phones, provide information to callers, and route calls appropriately. Support office operations with routine administrative functions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Tools, Equipment & Software Used Personal computer E-Fax Photocopier Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) Scanning/document software (e.g., DocuShare) Candidate Qualifications & Screening Experience:

At least 2 years of administrative staffing experience, with a record of 3+ placements per year. Screening: General knowledge and skills evaluation Computer competency testing Work experience verification and professional reference checks
