We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Senior Administrative Assistant
to provide professional support to senior staff. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with office technology and software. Key Responsibilities Draft correspondence and documents for senior staff review. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files. Perform general office support tasks and other duties as assigned. Tools & Software Personal computer and general office equipment (e.g., photocopier, e-fax). Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Scanning software (e.g., DocuShare). Qualifications Minimum
2 years of administrative support experience . Prior experience providing
temporary administrative staffing with 3+ placements per year
(as required by contract). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
