Process Engineer
to join our Injection Molding team. In this role, youll design, optimize, and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Youll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting new mold launches, and leading technical development for our team.
What
y
ou
will be doing as a Process Engineer:
Develop, maintain, and improve injection molding processes
Solve manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis
Analyze data to reduce scrap, cut cycle time, and control costs
Standardize equipment, methods, and documentation
Support mold trials, launches, and capital improvement projects
Train and mentor technicians and technical staff
Collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Automation teams
What
you will need as a Process Engineer:
Bachelors degree in engineering
/Technical field (preferred) or Associate degree with experience
3+ plus years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
