Overview

BrandGuard Vents is a fast-growing Californian-based passive fire protection business, part of the Tenmat Passive Fire Protection Group. We design and manufacture innovative, code-compliant wildfire defense solutions, including ember-resistant vents, to protect homes and communities. BrandGuard Vents is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse/Operations Manager and help ensure accurate, timely delivery of products to contractors, distributors, and homeowners. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in Lake Forest, CA.

Role Description

The Warehouse Associate will manage activities from receiving raw materials through shipping finished orders. The role supports operational demand, installer needs, and distributor orders with efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Put-Away

• Unload trucks
• Verify counts
• Inspect for damage
• Label materials
• Put away materials
• Pick sales and work orders with 99%+ accuracy
• Pack shipments

Shipping

• Stage and load parcel and freight
• Resolve exceptions

Inventory Control

• Perform daily cycle counts

Equipment & Safety

• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• Maintain 5S and OSHA standards

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Follow SOPs and QC checks
• Suggest improvements
