Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Inside Sales Associate for a company based in Forest Park, GA. Pay Rate

$20.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
Commission available after permanent hire

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Inside Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their tire needs.
• Recommend and sell tires and related services that best fit customer requirements.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and educate customers on tire features, performance, and safety.
• Prepare quotes, process sales, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust and follow-up.
• Assist with maintaining showroom appearance and product displays.

Inside Sales Associate Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (tire sales experience required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team oriented.

Job Type

Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

• Weekly Pay
• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance
• 5 Paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)
• 6 Paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar year
