Material Handler Opportunity
Domtar, Menominee Operations is seeking a Material Handler for a rotating shift. Shifts are twelve (12) hours and allow for work/life balance with seven (7) days off in a row each month, with fourteen (14) working days per month. This is a permanent full time position. Training is available for this position; however, previous experience with operation of forklifts is preferred. Key responsibilities include the safe and accurate unloading, warehousing, and feeding of raw materials. Candidates must properly identify wastepaper grades, feed materials to meet quality requirements, and warehouse raw material according to grade in designated areas. Knowledge of operating and maintaining related equipment is required. Other related duties may be assigned. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, be able to work twelve (12) hour shifts that consist of nights and weekends, and pass a pre-employment drug test and medical clearance. Outstanding attendance is critical to this position.
