Cosmetic Quality Technician at Carvana. We are looking for Auto Body Preppers with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, youll prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. Other roles include: Paint Prepper (min 6 months professional experience): prep vehicles for cosmetic paintwork Entry-Level Painter (min 1 year): prime vehicles and perform final sanding, buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush Mid-Level Painter (min 3 years): match/mix paint color and paint inside booths Experienced Painter (min 5 years): painting, blending, and paint correction Other Auto Roles

Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must lift up to 60 pounds Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license; some positions may require an MVR check Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions Safety equipment usage as required (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.) Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer.
