Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Challenge Charter School, located in Far Rockaway, NY. The Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering effective instruction, evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and engage with the school community to support student growth and success.

• Lesson Planning and Teaching Skills
• Strong background in Education and Training
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
• Experience with the Danielson Framework for Teaching is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Relevant teaching certification
• Experience in K-12 school education preferred
