Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist for a New York City office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the face of our company, you will provide exceptional front desk support, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, mail distribution, and office supplies.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and other departments for smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (corporate setting preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service mindset.
Pay Details
$22.00 per hour
