Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $37.00 per hour

Job Summary

Adecco is hiring for an Office Receptionist in Reston, VA. This highly visible role is responsible for managing front desk operations, maintaining inventory and logs, performing general administrative tasks, and using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) for spreadsheets and data organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and have a warm, welcoming personality to greet clients and visitors.

In simple terms: You'll help organize the front desk, keep records and logs up to date, use Excel for spreadsheets, and greet people warmly when they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing calls

  • Handle inventory and maintain logs accurately

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

  • Support office organization with attention to detail and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel

  • Experience with handling inventory/logs

  • Strong background in general administrative tasks

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • High level of attention to detail

Pay Details: $37.00 per hour
