We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a bubbly disposition, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and clients.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is kept tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude.
