Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a bubbly disposition, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is kept tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage inquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude.
