About the Role

Slip is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to own 360 plans across B&M and e-comm. They will lead digital campaigns, in store events and promotional activity, merchandising, education, as well as e-commerce strategy across the US, CA, UK, EU, and MX. The Retail Marketing Manager reports to the SVP of Sales North America and will be based out of our office in Manhattan.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Head of Sales NA on go to market strategy executions with strong, consistent processes and communication to Head Office in Australia.
  • Partner with Head of Sales NA to develop national and account specific promotional programs with assigned retailers. Oversee e-commerce strategy and execution across all US, CA, UK, EU, and MX retail partners, optimizing online merchandising, promotional calendars, and digital content.
  • New line forms, Copy sheets, PDP assets.
  • Strategize and manage PDPs on Amazon.com with external agency.
  • Lead in-store visual merchandising inclusive of launch planograms, seasonal tower graphics, and POS materials, providing consistent and elevated brand representation.
  • Manage US and CA trade marketing budgets, allocating resources for digital co-op, GWPs, testers, branded collateral, and in-store support materials.
  • Strategize and implement bespoke retailer digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute in store retail events, supporting brand and product launches.
  • Provide analysis and insight with a marketplace view of customer activity and communicating brand strategies to Head of Sales NA.
  • Organize, analyze, and draw conclusions from competitive landscape and translate findings for application at the customer level.
  • Support professional market launches with marketing and education materials.
  • Manage distribution of all samples, gratis, and retail PR items and manage inventory of the stock closet.
  • Host quarterly brand educations across different accounts and organize selling incentives.
  • Identify white space within each retailer for incremental opportunity - bundling, GWP support, product partnership, kits.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 3-5+ years of retail marketing experience, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Highly creative
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Word and Gmail
  • Bonus: Experience working on content syndication platform
