Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Pine Bluff, AR. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, assist in benefits administration, maintain HR records and systems, and facilitate employee training sessions. The role involves coordinating and managing HR workflows, providing HR-related support to staff, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Training
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
