Lead Specialist - IT Application Support
Time-7:00 AM-3:30 PM from Monday-Friday
Parlin, NJ

Desktop/Laptop Support
- Aspen IP21 experience
- App installation
- OS installation / imaging
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of TCP/IPv4 network protocols
- Microsoft/Windows experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear)
- Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now
- Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers/users)
- Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs
- Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc...
- Organization and documentation.
Qualifications
- Aspen IP21 experience
- RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy)
- Experience setting up servers
- SQL DB experience
- Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert)
- ITIL License
- Cisco networking experience
- Security+, Network+, CSA, etc... Any relevant certs
