Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level or second-level support for hardware, software, or network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, remote tools, or in-person
• Handle tickets using systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, or internal tools
• Support Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, Printers, and other desktop applications
• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with users and teams
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Must-Have Skills

• 1–5 years of IT support or technical troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows OS, VPN, or ticketing systems
• Familiar with remote support tools and networking basics
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational shifts (if required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• Certifications: A+, ITIL, MCSA, or equivalent
