Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality, attentive L1/L2 desktop support services to end-users via remote, telephone, or desk-side assistance. If you are a motivated self-starter with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, a process-oriented technical problem solver, good with people and communication, and a team player, we would like to hear from you.
This position requires 2-3 working days at Curinos' New York office.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues including Windows 11, Office365, network access, security software, collaboration tools, hardware, peripherals, MFA, SSO, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Manage user notebooks, account permissions, Office365, and corporate applications.
- Hardware, software, and peripheral installation.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset and license tracking.
- ITSM Service Desk ticket management: prioritization, follow-up, logging, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist infrastructure team with ad-hoc duties, including LAN, WiFi, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
- Participate in audit and compliance reporting and operational management.
Salary Range
$85,000 to $90,000
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in a Windows OS support role, with a related degree.
- ITIL certification or working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (Android, iPhone).
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira ServiceDesk.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Office365 administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP for network troubleshooting.
- Powershell scripting and automation experience.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint Online.
