THE STARTING RATE:
$17.30 per hour
The Day-to-day
Efficiently take, place, serve, and garnish food and drinks in the designated work area, ensuring accuracy and guest preferences. Collect payments while adhering to proper cash handling and comp procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both front and back of house, including clearing tables, counters, and sweeping dining areas without disrupting guest comfort. Properly label and date products in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. Unload and stock warehouse orders, ensuring organization and replenishment of products in workstations and counters. Address and resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; escalate issues to management as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma or GED Willing to work Fridays/Saturdays 3:30PM-11:15PM and Sundays 3:30PM-9:15PM One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is preferred One (1) year of experience of guest service experience is preferred
