Material Handler- 1st Shift- $19/hr.
The primary objective of this position is to provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facilities. Responsibilities
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements, ensuring high quality standards. Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and amount received, and ensuring appropriate documentation is present. Operate safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment under various temperatures, including room, cold, and freezer conditions. Safely operate distribution equipment as required. Complete all training requirements and adhere to site distribution standards, including document control and quality policies. Essential Skills
Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures. Ability to understand and interpret team metrics. Accuracy in performing tasks to avoid delays. Basic computer skills for ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in logistics with a life science company. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights. Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and meet schedules consistently and independently. Why Work Here?

Work in a dynamic warehouse environment under varying temperatures, including room (5986 degrees F), cold (3646 degrees F), and freezer (minus 423 degrees F) conditions. Perform repetitive tasks, including walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25lbs continuously, with occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
