Cmm Inspector
Operate CMM machines to measure and inspect precision parts and components. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols. Create and modify CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MODUS. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances. Perform first article inspections (FAI), PPAPs, and final part verifications. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance. Follow company quality procedures, safety policies, and ISO standards. 2+ years of experience operating and programming CMMs in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar. Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings. Experience with ISO 9001.
