The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team to drive growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities
Analyze Sales Data:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving sales performance. Reporting:
Generate and maintain reports on key sales metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Tools:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies to support the sales team. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives. Training and Support:
Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices. Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and sales software. Programming knowledge is a huge plus Salesforce experience helpful Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the fencing, building material, or distribution industries. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications.
