We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Material Handler Team Lead to oversee daily facility support operations. The role involves coordinating and performing property management tasks, supervising a small team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with FEMA's Real Property Branch. Responsibilities Lead daily operations related to office furniture, equipment, and files. Meet with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to address performance and resolve procedural issues. Coordinate the transportation of excess furniture and supplies within a 100-mile radius of Washington, DC. Supervise furniture assembly/disassembly, conference room setup, and equipment maintenance. Maintain records of inventory and ensure database accuracy. Generate and submit meeting minutes and reports as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in property management or logistics. Leadership experience in a team-based environment. Proficiency in automated inventory systems and property management tools. Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license; ability to operate trucks up to ton. Public Trust security clearance or ability to obtain one.
