Responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, or electromechanical products. Works from engineering specifications, blueprints, drawings/diagrams, and verbal or written instructions. Utilizes various test equipment. Collects and summarizes test results. Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programs we deliver for our customers. Follows complex work instructions, safety rules, and understands basic quality requirements. Documents all testing and findings and complies with all statutory regulations and company policies and procedures. Cross-trains and coaches other Production Test workers across the cell. Resolves escalated test issues. Typically, High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of college (HCN) and 5+ years of related experience. Preferred: Associates Degree (or equivalent).
