This is a pool of two positions for the 2025-2026 school year. One will be located at Springwater Environmental School and one at Alliance Charter Academy. Location preference will be discussed during the interview process.
Position Description:
Under the direction of the kitchen lead/manager, the food serving assistant will assist in the following areas:
Some preparation of food
Serving food
Sanitation procedures
Supervision of student workers
Quantity control
Special Requirements:
(Certification, training, specialty skills or previous experience) Some knowledge of quantity food production. Some knowledge of kitchen equipment. Ability to respond to instructions and follow recipes. Ability to demonstrate good public relations with students, staff, and the public. Clean and neat appearance. Bilingual applicants desired, but not required. 7. Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. Position Details: Number of hours per day: 3.75 hours Split shift hours: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Number of days worked per school year: 178 days Hourly rate of pay: $16.69 - $23.47 per hour (Range 7) All applicants must apply online at:
