Real Estate JV/REF Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our real estate transactional practice . Candidate must have substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality). We also welcome applicants with a strong lender-side financing background who wish to continue focusing in that area.
