Highlights: Practice is Chambers-ranked and has also been recognized by numerous publications including Law360 and The Legal 500 U.S for its outstanding work in real estate Firm has been named one of Seramounts 50 Best Law Firms for Women for several years in a row Ranked as a 2023 Top Performer and Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Attorneys at the firm are encouraged to participate in pro bono work that sparks their interest, and the firm has dedicated over 2 million hours of pro bono work in the last decade Responsibilities: Advise clients in the United States and abroad on a range of commercial real estate transactions across a spectrum of real estate classes, including retail, lodging, office, industrial, and hospitality projects Work on commercial real estate transactions including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing Required Qualifications: 3 or more years of real estate transactions experience, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, and leasing matters Excellent academic credentials Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $390,000 $435,000.
