Hospitality Coordinator , you will coordinate and oversee events while ensuring exceptional client service and smooth execution. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to confirm event goals and requirements Coordinate catering services including menu selection, dietary accommodations, table setups, and beverage service Manage vendor relationships and oversee deliveries, equipment placement, and event logistics Prepare and break down meeting and conference rooms, ensuring all AV and supplies are in place Monitor ongoing events, anticipate client needs, and ensure exceptional service throughout Capture and report event data to support continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams on event planning Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, office support, or event planning roles High school diploma required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
