***** Serve as a brand ambassador—handling reception and delivering exceptional service in every client and guest interaction Support food and beverage operations, including stocking, inventory, setup, and light cleanup Maintain kitchens, pantries, break areas, and common spaces to ensure a clean and professional environment Prepare and break down conference rooms for meetings and events—equipment, seating, whiteboards, and supplies Collaborate on event setup, including AV and catering coordination Support day-to-day facility operations, including upkeep, minor repairs, and vendor coordination
***** Previous experience in hospitality, office support, or facilities roles High school diploma required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
