Quality Inspector
As a quality inspector, you will be responsible for quality-checking fixtures for multiple products using quality measuring tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), sampling, and calipers. You will be cross-trained in various positions throughout the facility as needed, requiring a willingness to adapt and learn. Responsibilities: Conduct planned and random audits of manufacturing processes in a thorough and effective manner according to established practices and guidelines. Conduct planned and random audits of product during and after the production processes in a thorough and effective manner according to established practices and guidelines. Coordinate precise and ongoing calibration activities for all company equipment, enter data in the system, and generate reports as specified. Order appropriate measuring and test equipment as specified and required. Complete tasks as directed by manager with minimum supervision. Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines, and behavior expectations. Perform other duties as requested, assigned, or directed. Essential Skills: At least 2 years' experience in a quality auditor inspector role. Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Experience with quality checks, internal control, and visual and dimensional quality inspection. Understanding of testing equipment in manufacturing, inspection, and quality control. Ability to read, speak, and write English. Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Why Work Here?
