Quality Inspector
Conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. Looking for someone that has experience in a machine shop and has experience with measuring tools and documentation- measuring product dimensions, assessing functionality, and comparing products against engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspections for receiving, in-process, final, and first article inspections of aviation parts, from components to full assemblies. Document inspection results by completing detailed reports, logs, and nonconformance records, and assist in corrective action investigations. Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and any defective products. Calibrate measuring instruments and equipment regularly to ensure accuracy. Work closely with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues and address any deviations from established guidelines. Communicate quality concerns and potential solutions to supervisors and management. Essential Skills

3 years experience working in manufacturing as a machine operator Reference confirming excellent attention to detail and analytical skills 3 years experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications 3 years experience using measurement devices (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) Experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role, preferred but not required Knowledge of quality control standards and testing techniques, preferred but not required Why Work Here?
