Responsibilities What youll do Deliver premier customer service to our clients, resolving requests and concerns efficiently. Proactively communicate with clients about opportunities to improve operations. Supervise valet attendant relations, ensuring complaints or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees. Determine proper staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service and operational duties are met. Ensure adherence to parking, security, and cash control procedures. Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budget management. Identify procurement and vendor service needs. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash management. Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance standards. Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent future incidents. Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through policy implementation. Qualifications What you need Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Passion for customer service and client satisfaction. Experience in budgeting and P&L review is a plus. Quick problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems. License Requirement:

Must possess a valid state-issued drivers license with current address and a clean driving record. Salary Range:

$65,000 annually. Benefits:
