Facility Manager, Valet Operations

Responsibilities What youll do Provide excellent customer service to clients, resolving requests and concerns promptly. Communicate proactively with clients about opportunities to improve operations. Supervise valet attendant relations, resolving complaints or misunderstandings diplomatically. Hire, develop, train, and supervise staff. Determine appropriate staffing levels to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to parking, security, and cash control procedures. Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, expense management, and budgeting. Identify procurement and vendor service needs. Handle general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness standards. Review and manage damage claims, implementing safety improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through policy implementation. Qualifications What you need Leadership and team management skills. Passion for customer service and client satisfaction. Experience with budgeting and P&L review is a plus. Problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems. License Requirement:

Valid state-issued drivers license with current address and acceptable driving record. Salary Range:
