at TurnKey Marketing. Connect the Dots. Drive the Strategy. TurnKey Marketing is looking for a Senior Analytics And Attribution Strategist to join our Digital Marketing team. Defy the Status Quo! The Analytics And Attribution Strategist is responsible for executing the day-to-day functions that support the digital marketing programs of pharma and healthcare clients. You have an exacting eye for detail and a preference for small companies where hard work is rewarded and the opportunity for growth is high. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to uncover valuable insights related to our marketing efforts, customer behavior, and overall business performance. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement measurement and attribution models that accurately measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across various channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. You have a background in pharmaceutical and advertising media measurement, ad/mar technology and exposure to addressable identity solutions. Knowledge across ad tech partners such as: Google Ads, BigQuery, ComScore, Nielsen, IQVIA, Crossix. In addition, the candidate will have knowledge of measurement and analytics across all digital media, database, and web analytics, as well as testing methods. You will have experience working closely with cross functional teams, a strong quantitative background with working knowledge of new data set identification and onboarding. Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in our marketing data ecosystem, marketing metrics, data, and processes (e.g., website, CRM, reporting platforms, marketing automation systems) Collaborate with marketing colleagues during the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, etc. to align analytics efforts with client and business objectives Drive the development and implementation of advanced data-driven attribution models to accurately assess the impact of each marketing touchpoint on consumer behavior, conversions, and other key performance metrics Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure attribution insights inform budget allocation, campaign optimization, and strategic planning with the goal of maximizing marketing effectiveness and client ROI Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports across reporting tools and Google Analytics to track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and to communicate insights to stakeholders. Own analytics setup across CM360 and other platforms across multiple industries Extract and analyze data and use critical thinking to uncover valuable insights and propose strategic business recommendations, researching and documenting commerce benchmark data, UX trends, and new growth marketing tools to deliver value to clients Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and then driving the implementation of these solutions across accounts Help set the vision for measurement, reporting, and analytics across the organization Assist hands-on with the setup and maintenance of tracking pixels, tags, and other tracking mechanisms Conduct and automate regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity Document processes, configurations, and best practices related to digital marketing data analytics Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in digital marketing analytics and attribution modeling Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required Expertise with Salesforce and leading BI analytics tools such as Tableau, Snowflake Expert level Excel/Google Sheets skills Advanced understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Campaign Manager Relentless attention to detail Basic knowledge of the Google, Bing, Facebook/Meta, and Amazon advertising APIs Familiarity with offline conversion tracking within Google Ads via Zapier or other data connectors 3+ years of experience in analytics with expertise in digital media 1+ years of experience with pharma or adjacent industries Team-oriented and able to work in an ambiguous, fast paced, and/or changing environment Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner tailored to various audiences such as account managers or C-level executives Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment Love of data normalization Intermediate/Advanced SQL and JavaScript skills, VBA and HTML a plus
