The finest spirits are used to craft our dynamic cocktails which are rooted in the flavors of Italy. Sparrow Italia's third location will be opening soon in Wynwood, Miami. Cocktail Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests. Cocktail Servers are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, not only for guests in their sections, but all guests they interact with while on the clock. Cocktail Servers provide guests with all pertinent information about the establishment, its food and beverage offerings, as well as ensure guests have everything they need for a stellar experience. Cocktail Servers go above and beyond for each guest and take on the added responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured. Responsibilities

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed to meet business demand Possess extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and mastery of the food menu to guide guests' choices with thoughtful recommendations Be mechanical in executionuse organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times Be attentiveproactively anticipate the needs of team members and guests Be engaging and smilebuild rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele Qualifications

Strong multitasking abilities and a diligent work ethic A clean and professional appearance that is polished and brand appropriate Ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant Knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine Open availabilitynights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs Experience in a full-service, fine-dining establishment preferred
