Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities, primarily acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty and wearing a body worn camera. Supports a positive customer shopping experience and maintains strong partnerships with store teams and loss prevention. Exercises sound judgment to ensure safety, protect the Company brand, and adhere to policies. Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store Act as a visual deterrent to theft and dishonesty Understand and review the Store Emergency Response Guide Wear a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera Greet customers courteously and respectfully Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department Assist customers by referring requests to management or customer service via radio Report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management Perform a safety sweep during closing with management Follow all Company Policies and Procedures Document incidents in AIIM Case Management Perform other duties as assigned Who We Are Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills Sound decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Effective time management and organization Ability to stand for long periods 0-2 years retail or security experience Benefits
