Part of the Frasca Hospitality Group, home to the Michelin-starred Frasca Food and Wine, Tavernetta Denver is recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand and is known for its genuine hospitality and authentic Italian fare. The group has expanded to include the Italian and European inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico and Sunday Vinyl and seek to continue this dedication to providing warm and gracious hospitality with the opening of Tavernetta Vail at the Four Seasons Resort by hiring enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff to uphold a culture of excellence, education, and respect. The AM Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. The main priority of this role is to provide a warm, friendly, and inviting welcome experience for all patrons. What You Will Do: Responsible for greeting and seating guests in an efficient manner. Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for answering the phone, confirming reservations, and making new reservations. This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the Food & Beverage outlets at the property as needed. What You Bring: Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience. Strong computer skills to utilize programs such as OpenTable. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
