We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IGA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IGA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. (sailpoint experience not required) Collaborate with customers to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Manage Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices. Coordinate with technical teams to design, configure, and deploy SailPoint features. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Keep leadership and customers informed about project status, risks, and outcomes through regular updates. Support change management and user adoption strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years in Agile environments. Strong understanding of IGA concepts, identity lifecycle, access reviews, and compliance frameworks. Outstanding communication, leadership, and partner management skills. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JIRA Align. Dynamic Working

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 – $70 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
