Support attorneys with matters related to landlord-tenant cases, civil litigation, and general legal filings Manage and process legal billing and maintain accurate time records Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Coordinate and organize case files and discovery materials Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner Ensure deadlines are met and assist with calendaring hearings and court appearances Requirements
Minimum of 23 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, billing practices, and general civil litigation Proficiency with legal billing software (e.g., Timeslips, Clio, or similar) Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and multitasking skills
