Parking Attendant
Under supervision of the Director of Events and Parking Supervisors, Parking Attendants are responsible for directing traffic according to accesso ShoWare Center's standards. Major responsibilities include advising and directing guests to acceptable and available parking spots, directing guests to available parking lots when accesso ShoWare Center's lot becomes full, ensuring guests do not park in lots prohibited by the City of Kent and Kent Station, managing access to the Loading Dock fenced-in area, and any other duties as assigned. Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma preferred, being exposed to adverse weather conditions, being able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, and being able to communicate, both verbally and written, in English. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
